最近我做了苦行僧。。。 呵呵，不是真的变成僧侣。而是，我在执行我新年之后的大计--吃代餐瘦身！
以前的我，根本就不会和胖、减肥、瘦身扯上边。吃多少东西，也不会让我的身形起什么变化。甚至还常自夸地说：人家要跑几圈，才会消耗体内的脂肪；我呢？只要手指动几下，就能燃烧脂肪了！哈哈。。
可是，现在不同了，随着年龄的增长，新陈代谢变缓慢了，我也不再瘦骨如柴了！！
代餐，顾名思义，就是喝有营养的饮品，来取代主餐--早餐和晚餐！当然，还要配合多吃水果和多做运动，来达到瘦身的效果。
我想我应该能好好地进行瘦身计划，因为在新加坡的诱惑不多。
- 没有妈咪煮的好料；
- 家附近没有好吃食物 等等。。
在这天时、地利的情况下，唯一要注意的是人和。所以我得好好地keep住我的毅力！
三个月后，希望有好成绩！！ yeah!
2是比较相信三餐7分饱, 过了7PM就不再吃东西加运动...

I think I can answer for Aiwei wor...because watermelon has all the good stuff that tomato has but taste much better! Also will make you feel full because it's juicy. Haha, seems like we are all on diet except for YY and BoBo. Jia you everyone!

ReplyDeleteBut water melon has very high sugar content. Are you sure this is the right fruit for people on diet? hee hee. Eh, I can't resist yummy food. If I skip one meal or eat less, I feel dizzy. So, only walking with Goody in the evening will do good for my little tummy. As for bo, she is so slim... nothing to lose already! =P
